OM Process’ in-house material testing laboratory is designed to providing real-life material conveying-processing simulations and innovative solutions.
Test laboratory includes latest technology and tools to verifying the pneumatic conveying characteristics of materials and all different pneumatic conveying technologies can be tested such as positive, vacuum, dilute and dense phase conveying systems. Our proposals are designed according to verified test datas.
Test laboratory is available to all existing and potential customers, research insitutes.
Our site engineers and supervisors work hard in every step of our projects from pre-assembly to final comissioning.
Site team offers to his customers a wide range of field services for machines and equipments supplied by OM Process.
Our company provides field services from experienced, dedicated and successful team members. They are always ready at site to run every component one by one in the most safest way till the performance promised is accomplished.
Our in house Electric and I&C crew serves in full automation engineering and I&C equipments selection from a single machine to a full factory control. Basic activities are production of MCC and PLC panels on the hardware side whereas PLC and DCS programming, SCADA interfaces, remote access sytems on the software side.
Not only with engineering infrastructure, OM Process serves customers also with in house manufacturing capabilities. In addition, reliable and long term partnership with our subcontractors keeps us going for growing targets.
