Pressure System


Pressure system conveying is a conveying method that enables the transfer of bulk materials with large particles at high air speed and low pressure. Contrary to dense phase conveying, the material does not move in blocks, it flit in the pipeline. Because of the high speed used in conveying, the material being transported may break due to friction forces between the pipeline and especially the bends, so system design become important. Energy costs are lower due to the low pressure requirement in conveying.


Vacuum Conveying System

Vacuum conveying systems are used to transport dry powder and granular materials from one point to another in a closed system (eg pipe, hose, etc.) These systems work with air sources such as vacuum blowers, vacuum ejectors that produce air pressures below about 1 bar vacuum gauge and are used in many sectors such as food, medicine, chemistry, iron and steel, ceramics, mining.
