The “Container Unloading Systems” operates in a different manner than other dense phase conveying pneumatic vessels. It vacuums powders from a container or vessel and discharges it to the desired destination.

System uses a single compressed air source, which provides both the vacuum and conveys the material. The material is filled into the system with vacuum and discharged using positive pressure.

A hose is connected from the container or vessel to the system and another hose is connected from the system to the discharge destination. Product feeding with vacuum turns into positively pressurized air when the product is all sucked. With the signal from the level sensor discharge valve opens and via that pressurized air material is conveyed to the destination. The system switches back to vacuum after the conveying, to suck the next batch.
