Pneudoser system has been widely used in numerous industries to provide continuous injection of coal, lime, limestone, fly ash or other kinds of bulk materials.
Pneudoser systems consist of two pressure vessels, with the upper tank being used to feed material at pressure into the lower tank which is always pressurised.
The material is fed out of the lower tank by the special design dosing unit. Dosing unit is driven by a frequency controlled electric motor. Material is transferred into pipeline systematically with the help of dosing unit.
